Welcome to the RLAAS Accreditation Scheme
RLAAS is a National Accreditation Scheme which works in partnership with Local Authorities to improve property standards and acknowledge professional landlords.
This Accreditation Scheme is different to most other schemes as it concentrates on the property standards, management standards and landlord knowledge rather than just property standards.
Benefits for Landlords

- Landlords are given distinct market advantage by way of gaining recognition as an accredited landlord.
- RLAAS offers a wide variety of discounts on goods and services.

- Outsource your existing scheme, allowing you to make the necessary cut backs demanded of you without having to leave your landlords in the lurch.
- Save money by having a nationally recognised association manage the administration of your scheme, leaving you to concentrate on inspection and enforcement.
- Benefit from an accreditation scheme system that includes fit and proper person verification, property and management assessment, continuous professional development and portfolio registrastion.
- And so on and so forth.
